TV Câmara Campinas, the public television broadcaster of the Campinas City Council, visited Science Center for Development – Assistive Technology and Accessibility in Brazilian Sign Language (CCD-TAAL) to learn more about its research, facilities, and the team behind the project. The visit resulted in a news feature highlighting the Center and the technologies it is developing to promote accessibility and expand communication opportunities through Brazilian Sign Language (Libras).

During the visit, journalist Cassiene Alves and cameraman Valdecir Saraiva toured the CCD-TAAL project and laboratory, observed some of the team’s activities, and filmed the Center’s facilities. The report also featured an interview with Professor Dr. José Mario De Martino, Lead Researcher of the CCD-TAAL, who discussed the Center’s goals, ongoing research, and key challenges.
