On June 3, 2026, Science Center for Development – Assistive Technology and Accessibility in Brazilian Sign Language (CCD-TAAL) welcomed representatives from the Presidency and Executive Board of the Institute of Social Medicine and Criminology of São Paulo (IMESC).

The meeting provided an opportunity for both institutions to present their areas of expertise, initiatives, and projects. During the visit, the IMESC representatives toured CCD-TAAL’s laboratory and research facilities and learned about some of the technologies being developed at the Center.
